Oh bloggity-blog, how I've missed you!! I have not done a good job following through with my plans of regular posts! Work, sick kids, field trips and other fun things have been monopolizing my time instead! Even though I may not have had as much time as I would've like to keep things updated here, I have been squeezing in a little time for crafting here and there.

My mom's birthday was the beginning of October, so being broke and crafty, I stitched up a cute little wall-hanging for her office out of wool sweaters we've collected together at Goodwill. I also broke out my Cricut so the boys could make her cards. 

Speaking of pictures, got to go with my middle kidlit for his first Kindergarten field trip to an orchard - it was a blast!! The kids had a great time, and I have a new appreciation for Kindergarten teachers! They have far more patience that I ashamedly have! :)

I've discovered Picnik, as I'm sure you can tell above. Some friends on Facebook have been using it for a while, and I've been slow in checking it out. I've been secretly plotting when I could get Adobe Photoshop, but I just haven't had the money, nor have I been able to justify spending money on that right now. Maybe after tax time....

So.... that's it in a nutshell. Lots of babies to sew/knit for, plus I'm hoping to do two craft shows in November to try and build up some extra cash for Christmas. Sewing and knitting and baking - Oh my! :)
